Ingredients

- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- coarse salt and pepper (to taste)
- 2 cucumbers, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced crosswise
- 1/3 cup onion, thinly slices (i use red)
Recipe
- 1 mix sour cream, lemon, and dill.
- 2 toss with cucumbers and onions. mix well.
- 3 salt and pepper to taste.
