Greek Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar or 1 teaspoon splenda granular
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 combine vinegar and spices in a blender.
