Greek Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar or 1 teaspoon splenda granular
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Recipe
- 1 combine vinegar and spices in a blender.
