- 1/4 cup elderberry wine vinegar
- 4 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup finely minced onion
- 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, whisk mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- 2 slowly add to oil while whisking.
- 3 stir in onion and parsley.
- 4 drizzle over salad greens, toss to coat.
