Jicama Salad

Total Time: 2 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups jicama, pared and cubed (8 oz.)
  • 1 large cucumber, sliced
  • 1 orange, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon chili powder

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl combine jicama, cucumber and orange.
  • 2 sprinkle with lemon juice and chili powder; toss.
  • 3 cover and chill at least 2 hours.
  • 4 just before serving, sprinkle lightly with salt.
