Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups jicama, pared and cubed (8 oz.)
- 1 large cucumber, sliced
- 1 orange, peeled and cubed
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon chili powder
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl combine jicama, cucumber and orange.
- 2 sprinkle with lemon juice and chili powder; toss.
- 3 cover and chill at least 2 hours.
- 4 just before serving, sprinkle lightly with salt.
