Greek Salad Dressing In Seconds!

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil, must be good quality if used as a dressing
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar (also good quality)
  • 1 teaspoon dry oregano flakes (chopped) or 2 teaspoons , fresh (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon rind, grated
  • salt and pepper (about 1/2 teaspoon of each)

Recipe

  • 1 place ll the ingredients in a jar (with a well screwed on lid) and shake for 5 seconds.
  • 2 place what you haven't used in the fridge for your next salad (bring back to room temp as the olive oil solidifies upon chilling).
