Greek Salad Dressing In Seconds!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil, must be good quality if used as a dressing
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar (also good quality)
- 1 teaspoon dry oregano flakes (chopped) or 2 teaspoons , fresh (chopped)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon rind, grated
- salt and pepper (about 1/2 teaspoon of each)
Recipe
- 1 place ll the ingredients in a jar (with a well screwed on lid) and shake for 5 seconds.
- 2 place what you haven't used in the fridge for your next salad (bring back to room temp as the olive oil solidifies upon chilling).
