Ingredients
- 1 jicama, peeled and sliced
- 3 mangoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups sliced kiwi or 2 cups strawberries
- 2 teaspoons salt (to taste)
- 2 teaspoons chili powder (to taste)
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Recipe
- 1 on a large platter, layer slices of jicama flat, side by side and alternate with slices of fruit. sprinkle with salt, chili powder and lime juice. chill 20 minutes or eat right away.
