Lemon Cream Salad

Total Time: 2 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 ounces lemon gelatin
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 6 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 8 ounces cool whip

Recipe

  • 1 mix gelatin and sugar together.add the boiling water and stir to all are dissolved.
  • 2 add the frozen lemonade concentrate.
  • 3 let set in refrigerator till it starts to thicken.
  • 4 fold in cool whip and put in serving dishes.
  • 5 refrigerate till ready to serve.2-3 hours.
