Lemon Rosemary Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 lemons, juice and zest of
  • 2 tablespoons chopped shallots
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced (2 tsp.)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 cup olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 whisk together 1/2 cup lemon juice, 2 tbs. lemon zest, shallots, garlic, and rosemary in bowl.
  • 2 slowly pour in olive oil while whisking. season with salt and pepper.
