- 1/2 lb fresh mushroom, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- lettuce
Recipe
- 1 in serving bowl toss the mushrooms with the lemon juice until slices are slightly moistened.
- 2 add green onions oil and salt and toss again.
