Not Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almonds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup celery, minced
- 1/2 cup red onion, minced
- 1/2 cup parsley, minced
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon kelp powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 soak almonds for 24 hours, and then rinse and drain.
- 2 soak sunflower seeds for 4 - 6 hours, and then rinse and drain.
- 3 process almonds and sunflower seeds in a food processor until smooth.
- 4 transfer the mixture to a large bowl and stir in remaining ingredients.
- 5 store in an airtight container in the fridge - will keep up to 1 week.
