Greek Salad

Ingredients

- 3 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 1 cup green pepper
- 1 cup red pepper
- 1/2 cup olive
- 4 ounces feta cheese
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe
- 1 dice up the vegetables- i usually use a small red onion as i don't like it to overpower the salad. you can adjust the vegetables to your tastes.
- 2 place the vegetables in a bowl along with the olives and feta cheese.
- 3 mix olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper and pour over the vegetables.
- 4 usually i let everything sit and marinate in the fridge for approximately 1/2 an hour. this seems to marry the flavours! i like to serve it in a clear serving bowl as the colours are so fresh and appealing.
