Greek Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste (optional)
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, torn
  • 1 tomato, quartered
  • 4 pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 small cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 sprigs fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced into rings
  • 8 kalamata olives

Recipe

  • 1 combine all dressing ingredients except salt and pepper.
  • 2 mix well.
  • 3 season to taste with salt and pepper if desired; let stand 5 minutes.
  • 4 combine all salad ingredients in large bowl; toss with dressing.
