Ingredients

- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons self-rising flour
- 2 cups medium sharp cheddar, grated
- 32 ritz crackers, crushed (1 sleeve)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 in a medium bowl, combine pineapple, sugar, flour and cheese.
- 3 transfer to an 8-by-8-inch, 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
- 4 top with crushed crackers and drizzle with melted butter.
- 5 bake for 35 minutes.
- 6 let stand 10 minutes before serving.
