Hot Quinoa Salad

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups quinoa, cooked
  • 1 cup bacon
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 (3 ounce) can green chilies, chopped
  • 1 cup vegetable broth

Recipe

  • 1 chop bacon, put in skillet with onions and cook well.
  • 2 drain, add quinoa, green chili and broth.
  • 3 cook on medium heat until broth is absorbed.
