- 3 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup golden raisin
- 1/3 cup toasted blanched slivered almond
- 3 celery ribs, diced
- 1 bunch watercress, leaves only, chopped
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- salt and pepper
Recipe
