Mushroom Salad

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 1/2 lbs small mushrooms, stems removed
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- salt
- mint leaf
- watercress
- lime wedge (garnish) (optional)
Recipe
- 1 heat a large skillet over medium high heat and add mushrooms and ginger.
- 2 cook, stirring frequently, until mushrooms are brown (10 minutes).
- 3 remove from heat and transfer to bowl.
- 4 cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 5 add salt to mushrooms, if desired.
- 6 arrange in a large salad bowl mint and watercress sprigs.
- 7 top with mushrooms and garnish with lime wedges.
