Mushroom Salad

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 lbs small mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • salt
  • mint leaf
  • watercress
  • lime wedge (garnish) (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 heat a large skillet over medium high heat and add mushrooms and ginger.
  • 2 cook, stirring frequently, until mushrooms are brown (10 minutes).
  • 3 remove from heat and transfer to bowl.
  • 4 cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • 5 add salt to mushrooms, if desired.
  • 6 arrange in a large salad bowl mint and watercress sprigs.
  • 7 top with mushrooms and garnish with lime wedges.
