Mustard Dill Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs small red potatoes, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/2-3/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 green onions with tops, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons snipped fresh dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon lime juice
