- 2 lbs small red potatoes, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/2-3/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 green onions with tops, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons snipped fresh dill
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon lime juice

- 2 place the potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water. cover and bring to a boil; cook until tender . drain thoroughly and cool in the refrigerator for about 45 minutes.
