Not Your Mamma's Tuna Salad

Total Time: 3 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans tuna in water (drained)
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (can use fat free or lite)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped red peppers
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green peppers

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients; mix well.
  • 2 chill for 3 hours or overnight.
  • 3 serve on your favorite bread or use as a dip.
