- 1 (14 ounce) can red beans
- 1 (14 ounce) can black beans
- 1 (14 ounce) can whole kernel corn
- 1 cup lime juice
- 1/2 bunch chopped fresh cilantro
Recipe
- 1 drain and rinse the beans and corn very well to remove as much salt as possible. toss together with cilantro and lime juice. chill and serve.
