Not Your Mothers Bean Salad

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (14 ounce) can red beans
  • 1 (14 ounce) can black beans
  • 1 (14 ounce) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 bunch chopped fresh cilantro

Recipe

  • 1 drain and rinse the beans and corn very well to remove as much salt as possible. toss together with cilantro and lime juice. chill and serve.
