Ingredients
- 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon buckwheat honey
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon hot paprika
Recipe
- 1 combine olive oil and balsamic in glass dish. add garlic, mustard, honey, pepper and paprika. whisk until smooth.
- 2 makes a little over 1 cup of dressing. keeps in fridge for up to 4 days.
