Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons vinegar
 - 18 tablespoons oil
 - 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
 - 6 garlic cloves, crushed
 - 3 eggs
 - 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
 - 1 pinch salt & pepper
 
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs in a bowl. mix oil & vinegar in a jar until blended well. add all other ingredients & mix well. refrigerate.
