Ingredients

- 1 head lettuce
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 bunch radish
- 1 small red onion
- 3 stalks celery
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 ounce red wine vinegar
- 1/2 ounce olive oil
- 2 ounces of good croutons
Recipe
- 1 cut up all vegetables with a non-reactive knife.
- 2 place in bowl add vinegar and oil and toss.
- 3 let set in refrigerator overnight to allow flavors to meld together, and serve cool with crouton's.
