Garlic And Olive Salad Dressing (tofu)

Ingredients
- 1 (4 1/4 ounce) can chopped black olives
- 6 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.5 (12 ounce) package firm tofu
- 3/4 cup water
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients but tofu and water into food processor. process until all are mixed and smooth.
- 2 add water and tofu and blend some more.
- 3 put into container and refrigerate for up to 10 days.
