Garlic And Olive Salad Dressing (tofu)

Ingredients

  • 1 (4 1/4 ounce) can chopped black olives
  • 6 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 (12 ounce) package firm tofu
  • 3/4 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients but tofu and water into food processor. process until all are mixed and smooth.
  • 2 add water and tofu and blend some more.
  • 3 put into container and refrigerate for up to 10 days.
