- 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups carrots, shredded
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained
Recipe
- 1 combine yogurt, honey, cinnamon and lemon juice to make dressing.
- 2 add the rest of the ingredients.
- 3 chill at least 15 minutes.
