No Fat Carrot Raisin Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained

Recipe

  • 1 combine yogurt, honey, cinnamon and lemon juice to make dressing.
  • 2 add the rest of the ingredients.
  • 3 chill at least 15 minutes.
